On request we will be pleased to provide you with an individual offer for your dream holiday in Selva Val Gardena.
People aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of Euro 2,00 per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: is only payable on departure.

Val Gardena Super Premiere from 05.12 until 23.12.2023: If you spend 3 days with us, we will give you day number 4 for free and if you spend 6 days with us, we will give you 2 extra days at no additional cost. |

Val Gardena Springdays from 16.03.2024 until 01.04.2024: For this period of time you get 7 nights for the price of 6. |

Val Gardena Springdays from 02.04.2024 until 07.04.2024: For this period of time you get 4 nights for the price of 3 and 8 nights for the price of 6. |
- The rooms will be ready around 1 pm on the day of arrival.
- Please inform us in case you should you arrive after 7 pm.
- On the day of departure the rooms must be vacated by 10 am.
- Dinner is served from 7 to 8 pm.
- Meals not taken will not be deducted, this also applies for the departure day.
- Hotel without lift.
- Private parking for free.
- Garage Euro 10,00 per day.
- Internet Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel free of charge.
- Unfortunately pets cannot be accepted. We ask for your understanding.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers‘ Code is not contemplated (notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decret no. 206/2005, Consumer’s Code)– however, we are willing to apply the following conditions of withdrawal:
A reservation becomes binding when the deposit is paid by bank transfer.
We ask for your understanding if we retain the transferred deposit in case of cancellations.
In case of cancellation beyond three months, nothing beyond the deposit will be charged.
Otherwise the following cancellation fees will be applied:
- From 89 to 30 days before the arrival date 40% of the total price of your stay will be charged.
- From 29 to 7 days before the arrival date 70% of the total price of your stay will be charged.
- Within 6 days before the arrival date 100% of the total price of your stay will be charged.
