To ensure you feel completely at ease, we take care of the basic cleaning of your suite every day.

Daily cleaning includes:

  • Waste disposal
  • Vacuum cleaning
  • Replacement of towels left on the floor

Please note that the kitchen is not cleaned daily.

Additional cleaning

Upon request, we are pleased to offer additional cleaning services:

  • Complete cleaning of the suite, including kitchen, bedroom and bathroom: € 35.00
  • Cleaning without kitchen: € 20.00

We kindly ask you to request any additional cleaning at reception the evening before.

Towels and bed linen

For the sake of the environment, we pay attention to the conscious use of resources:

  • Towels left on the floor will be replaced
  • Hung-up towels indicate that you would like to reuse them
  • Bed linen is changed according to our internal schedule
  • Additional changes are available upon request

Laundry service upon request

Upon request, we offer a paid laundry service for:

  • Washing
  • Drying

There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Consumer Protection Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005). Nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:

  • Up to 30 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged.
  • 29–15 days before arrival: 20% of the total booked price.
  • 14–7 days before arrival: 50% of the total booked price.
  • From 6 days before arrival: 100% of the total booked price; this also applies in case of early departure or late arrival.
  • A reservation becomes binding upon payment of a deposit for confirmation via bank transfer or credit card payment.
  • In the event of cancellation, we reserve the right to retain the deposit paid to confirm the booking.
